• WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS IS THE TRAIN SUITED FOR?
  The Hannah Express is a wonderful addition for Birthday Parties, School, Church, Festival's and Corporate events.

• DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
  Yes, We provide Certificate of proof of Insurance  upon request.

• CAN YOU OPERATE THE TRAIN IN PUBLIC PARKS?
  Yes, parks are a excellent place to have the Hannah Express. It is important to check with your recreation department to see if there are any permits required. Many parks require proof of insurance from us. We recommend that you plan your party out a month in advance.

• CAN ADULTS RIDE THE TRAIN?
  Yes, the Hannah Express will accomadate up to 18 children or 12 adults at one time.

• WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE CAN YOU TRAVEL ON?
  We can travel on asphalt, cement and grass provided the surface is firm and dry, we will not travel on muddy or soft surfaces. If you live in a hilly location please inform us to see if we can operate our train for your situation we need to stay as level as possable.

• DO YOU NEED PERMITS/LICENCES?

 Please note some parks and associations require special permits and/or additional insurance to hold an event on their premises. The customer shall assume the cost of any permits, licenses and additional insurance required by local and County Ordinances. Customer assumes responsibility to make all such arrangements with non-residential facilities and maintain all finacial responsibility to Hannah Express should any problem arise due to permit issues .

• WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
  We only have a select few time slots available and they fill up fast.We recommend booking at least 1 month before your event. 

• DO YOU COVER FESTIVALS OR LARGE EVENTS?
  Yes, if you would like us to attend your event we can arrange a flat fee. Also, we will attend your event for free if you allow us to sell tickets and keep the proceeds. If you are trying to raise funds for a special event you can pay use a fee and you can sell ride tickets to help you recover your money.
